Northgate was born out of a pet project for a friend. He needed help renegotiating a cell tower lease that was coming up for expiry. Having more than a decade of sales and negotiation experience, I offered a hand. Upon receiving the initial offer, I was shocked with how low it was. By taking the necessary time to build relationships and study the market, we were able to increase the lease value by thirty-five percent. At that moment, it was clear to me that others who were not as familiar with the true value of their assets, were probably experiencing the same issues and I wanted to help.
